Thrifted Finds: Shoes + I Need Your Help!

I love thrifting! There are so many thrift stores in Phoenix that it’s a real alternative to department store shopping. I like having a giant wardrobe – but I also like having money in my bank account, so thrifting is a good way to keep that balance :)

Recently fellow blogger Meghan and I hit up a few thrift stores to go Halloween shopping. I didn’t quite find anything for the holiday, but I did find SHOES!

This is a BIG deal, you guys.

I hate shoe shopping.

It’s probably because I don’t like wearing shoes. Anything outside of cheap Old Navy flipflops annoy me. But barefeet are generally socially unacceptable, so when I do find shoes I can stand, I snatch them up! Like these 3 pairs:

Brand: Paprika | Store: Buffalo Exchange | Cost: $19.95

Cute black flats that are fancy enough for a dinner party? Yes please! These were a little more costly because they were from a consignment shop, but they are BRAND NEW!

Brand: Jessica Simpson | Store: Goodwill | Price: $3.99

I’ve been needing a new pair of basic black heels, as my last ones are about 6 years old now and probably close to the end.

Brand: Chinese Laundry | Store: Goodwill | Cost: $6.99

SCORE! Gorgeous Chinese Laundry shoes for under $10! These babies need a quick trip to the cleaners, but their soles and shape are perfect!

NOW I NEED YOUR HELP! I have no idea what to wear the last pair of shoes with! A white tee?! Black jeans!? Help me out here fashionistas!!

Hey, thanks for the blog comment!
I would wear the last shoes with black jeans and maybe either green or red top.

:) I hate shoe shopping too- but only in US, cause in Europe I think it’s easier :)
all the pairs are nice, I also have a pair of summer wedges from Chinese Laundry,I love them. but..I can’t really advise you with the outfit.. I love how blue and orange complement each other for example, but you can never go wrong with white and black.
